CoreBio in OH COVID

Hi all, is anyone working with CoreBio in Ohio? They're conducting lots of testing for some drive-up and outbreaks sites in Alaska. The rep seemed unsure if they can produce HL7 2.5.1 or not, but also mentioned that they're working with about 8 states so far (I believe she mentioned OH, TN, FL, CA). Curious to hear how anyone is receiving results from them. Thanks!

Yes, Swathi Papudesi, sp@corebiolabs.com, is my main contact at the lab, but they didn't have IT resources initially.  They have since contracted this work out to a vendor.  These are the contacts we are working with to setup HL7 reporting in Ohio. Angela Pop is the main interface contact.

We don't have CoreBio in Minnesota, but the vendor that they are using is also used for Solaris Diagnostics in KY. The vendor is working on HL7 2.5.1 messages for MN for Solaris Diagnositics. We've found that with this vendor it is important to be very specific in the change you request WITH examples for getting updates to your HL7 2.5.1 messages.

Thanks for sharing this info Megan. I reached out to Angela Pop. I worked with her on onboarding another lab (Solaris) and she put me in touch with MaryAnn Tofil (mt@corebiolabs.com) at CoreBio for HL7 interface set up.
