COVID-19 PUI Reporting

Hi all,
I posted the materials I had received from the DCIPHER folks in a new folder called COVID-19 Related. The first data dictionary we received was in pdf format, so this new one in Excel is an improvement! If I've missed anything, feel free to add to this.

For DCIPHER access, you have to contact the CDC IMS State Coordination Task Force (SCTF) Coordinations TM at eocsctftfcoord@cdc.gov

To get a call with the DCIPHER folks, I emailed eacevent118@cdc.gov

I wish we could use HL7 coding for this reporting, but the DCIPER folks we spoke to (Jenny Bowen and Kayla Anderson) said they didn't have time to build an MMG. I think we could probably whip one up pretty fast on our side, but we don't have the clearance issues :-)
