COVID Reporting for Blood Banks

Out of curiosity, are there are other states who have informed Blood Banks (e.g. American Red Cross, CSL Plasma Center, etc.) that they are exempted from reporting COVID-19 test results since they are not a healthcare provider? ARC does provide a weekly summary of results, but this is not the same as line level reporting.
