COVID results in a respiratory panel (with AOEs)

Hi,

One of the hospital labs that we have been trying to onboard (one of the last for us) is sending a respiratory panel that includes SARS-CoV-2. It also includes influenza, which would be in our FLU Program area. In the past if we have results that cross 2 program areas, we have separated the OBX segments in Rhapsody to create multiple ELRs.  In this case each AOE would also come in as its own lab report and because they are excluded from program area mapping they would all end up in the assignment queue. Have any other states encountered this situation and if so, what would you suggest?

Also, MD is an NBS state.
