Crowdsourcing LIVD for Reportable Conditions

As discussed on the last ELR call I have created a googlesheet for corwdsourcing LIVD file information for reportable diseases:

This googlesheet has 2 tabs

ReadMe - which hopefully has enough explanation as to what we are doing and how to use each column

Mapping Sheet - for entering the tests with all their data (from reviewing package inserts) - 1 row per test kit / equipment combination (and there may be more rows for each difference in LOINC part characteristic that you feel is needed to split out. For example during COVID when test came out that coudl also be tested on saliva, we added a new row only for saliva specimen (as it is not a respiratory tract specimen).
