Has anyone had success with a lab called Cytocheck? They do a significant amount of testing for STI, and we've had trouble getting them to report to MA. I believe they are based in Kansas? Would appreciate any input.

NH has not had luck with setting up HL7, but they do report via fax. They indicated that setting up HL7 would be several months away due to competing IT projects. We are lower volume for them so they may work with a jurisdiction with a higher volume of labs. Our contact is below. We had to send about four emails before we got a reply.
Maybe they can use the excel converter, if they are IT challenged?

Thanks, both. We do get faxes, sometimes, but I am fairly confident we are not getting everything we should. And we are trying very hard to stop the faxes!
