DxTerity Diagnostics

Hi,

Has anyone been able to communicate with DxTerity Diagnostics? We are receiving the results through AIMS, but on 3 occasions I have reported large amounts of results with missing DOBs and the lab has not responded. I found the issue again today. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and had any success in having it resolved.
