Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) Workforce and Workflow Assessment - Independent research for thesis
Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) Workforce and Workflow Assessment
This survey is being administered as an independent research project as part of the Masters’ of Science in Health Informatics course of study. The results will be analyzed and used to write a thesis as the capstone for this course of study. The goal of this study is to investigate workforce and workflow outcomes related to ELR for communicable diseases. The current literature on this subject is focused on timeliness and completeness of reporting and does not investigate these issues. For the purpose of this project, communicable disease is defined as all reportable diseases except Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Disease and environmental conditions.
This survey is not confidential, and participants will be asked to share the name of the health department within the survey. Participation in this survey is voluntary. There are no foreseeable consequences of participating in this survey. This survey should take less than 30 minutes to complete. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Zana Stephenson at zsgd5@mail.missouri.edu or (573) 301-6506.

I wasn't able to get my headset off mute today during the call. I just wanted to say thank you to those who have already completed the survey. For those who have not had a chance yet, I am leaving the survey open until September 20, 2019.
The survey is a department level survey and not a person level survey.
Thanks so much for your help!
Zana
If your jurisdiction has not yet completed the survey, please consider taking a few minutes to do so. You have until Friday, September 20, as that is when I am closing the survey.
