Ellume and at home data completeness

Hi everyone! Happy holidays!

We're working with Ellume to onboard for ELR for at home tests, but they can't seem to send even basic patient demographics like address and phone. Are other states receiving their data without this? How are you handling it?

In Utah, we haven't even heard from Ellume on setting up ELR. Who is your contact?

Thanks, Emily

We are considering not even trying to get these reports and just relying on public education re. what to do if they test positive. May be a losing battle. My understanding is that Name is not required.

I've told them that we absolutely must have address and date of birth and they say they are working on it. Will keep you all posted on developments!

I am trying to kill this in PA. This is not at all sustainable in the volumes possible and basic demographic issues are critical errors which means manual staff intervention on every single report submitted with bad name, address, DOB, etc.. Sadly, as of today there is no word to reject Ellume data and it won't be addressed until the program staff are drowning in error queue issues.

Wouldn't this be a group to have AIMS work with? Save us a lot of hassle on the state side. And not all states have the extra staff capacity to work with this type of reporter especially if they are being 'difficult' on meeting reporting requirements.

If they are reported through Lifepoint, I believe Lifepoint stated they don't intend on reporting through AIMS.
