ELR Call Topics for Today or do we cancel call?

hello,
We had a presentation lined up but the state involved had to postpone.

We aren't seeing any hot topics for the call today, but wanted to ask to be sure. If there are none, we can cancel today's call.

Next month there will be some topics. Also wanted to use next month to touchbase before CSTE on ELR activities because ELR is still a primary activity under the ELC cooperative agreement.
