GTI Laboratories

Today I was contacted by GTI Laboratories (https://www.gtilaboratories.com/). They are bringing on COVID testing, and in Utah, they service mostly LTCFs. I noticed on their website that they also have respiratory and GI panels, although I don't believe they have ever reported to us. Has anyone else had communication with this lab or have existing reporting in place? From preliminary discussions, it sounds like they are capable of generating an HL7 message, but it also sounds like they are completely unfamiliar with public health reporting.

I wasn't familiar with GTI. Do they service any CO LTCFs as far as you know?

Tracking down new labs running COVID tests has been quite a challenge. COVID has introduced me to a number of labs that perform reportable results, but aren't as acquainted  with public health reporting as I'd like them to be:
  • Magnolia Diagnostic, TX 
  • Viracor/Eurofins Clinical Diagnosis 
  • Medical Diagnostic Laboratories
  • Diatherix Laboratories
  • Solaris
