Hepatitis genomic sequence data- coding

Is anyone currently receiving hepatitis (HAV or HCV) genomic sequence data? If so, are you receiving it via ELR or manually? Is anyone aware of standard coding or HL7 2.5.1 guidance for hepatitis genomic sequencing or aware of any efforts in this area?

Thanks!

Florida currently receives HAV sequencing results from our PHL via HL7 2.5.1. We worked with APHL to develop PLT codes for this reporting (see below).

Order LOINC code: PLT3007 = Hepatitis A virus subtyping Panel in Specimen by Sequencing
Observation LOINC codes:

* PLT3008 = Hepatitis A virus genotype [Type] in Specimen by Sequencing
* PLT3009 = Hepatitis A virus cluster [Type] in Specimen by Sequencing
