👋 HIV genotype sequence from Quest CHA

Hi all, remind me -- has anyone successfully gotten full HIV genotype sequence info from Quest CHA in an ELR message?

We get HIV Genotypes from the Quest QID lab but I am not aware of Chantilly sending them in addition to their regular HIV reporting.  We have a specific Rhapsody route to handle the genotype ELR for our HIV program area and PA-NEDSS specs.

It sounds like our process in TN is similar to what Mark described. We get a separate HIV genotype file in HL7 2.3.1 that contains all of the genotype sequences that Quest preforms. We are currently onboarding with CHA and SJC and believe we asked this question to ensure we were getting all genotype results. I believe they said they all come through the separate feed.
