Individual State Requirements

Is there any national document available for labs that detail each individual state's various data elements that are required for COVID-19 reporting?  This would be in addition to the HHS required and requested data elements.  It would be very beneficial if there was one document that labs could use to keep up with all the individual state requirements because there is little consistency between states when it comes to the extraneous data elements that they want with the reports.
If no document is available, would CSTE perhaps be willing to compile this?

I think that would be a good idea - then we could use that list as the basis for change requests to the national ELR Flatfile format as well.

Thanks Carmen and Riki. CSTE will be distributing an ELR assessment next week that will capture some of that information (i.e., state required data elements beyond the 18 HHS data elements, if any). Hopefully responses to the assessment can inform some sort of compiled doc.
