Influx in Quest ELRs from 11.10 to present

Hello,

Are any jurisdictions receiving an abnormally large amount of ELRs from Quest? OR has received many ELR's from Quest since 11.10 and wanting to see if other jurisdictions are having similar issues. Quest is aware that OR is experiencing this problem. I am just trying to identify if the concerns are beyond just Oregon ELR's. Thank you!

Thanks, Cody. If any jurisdictions are also experiencing higher than usual message volume from Quest, please don't hesitate to contact me (brooke.beaulieu@aphl.org) and Tim Longo (tlongo@jmichael-consulting.com) - our Quest project team can help investigate.

Thanks!
