Is Haemophilus haemolyticus reportable in any of the states?

I got a request from NLM to find out, if this code is being used: “470511000124104 |Haemophilus, not Haemophilus haemolyticus (organism)|” - the question is if it should be promoted to the International Edition or stay in the US Extension for now (if not commonly used, then will keep in US extension).
I couldn't find it in use in any of the vocab we have for CDC programs, nor can I find it (though I wouldn't have it expected to be) nor "Haemophilus haemolyticus" in the RCTC, but wanted to check with you all.

Not in OH, unless it's from CSF and being reported as suspect bacterial meningitis.

not in CT, except if identified in blood or CSF from an infant <72 hrs old (neonatal sepsis). Because of the variety of organisms possible for that scenario, neonatal sepsis is reportable but we do not usually capture these via ELR as labs may not be able to do the filtering on their side. It is rare so we get them on audit.
