Laboratory Reporting Specifications

ARUP mentioned on the call today that detailed reporting specifications documented by states are useful to ensuring reporting compliance. I've created a folder "Laboratory Reporting Specifications" in the Workgroup Call Materials section and uploaded Utah's document.
