📈 Miami FL Hard Rock test site
Hello-
Alaska is getting COVID results from the Hard Rock Stadium COVID test site, which Google tells me is in Miami, FL. Seems like perhaps when patient address isn't known, someone there is consistently entering this:

Also, ordering facility name and address reads:

13171 MINDANAO WAY
MARINA DEL REY, California 90292-6307

That address and phone number are to a random CVS in California which doesn't seem to be involved in any way, and was very confused when I called.
Anyone from FL involved with this test site and can help them fix their data quality so that you can get their results? We're getting several every day, so far, but I'm afraid there will be a day with hundreds. Would love to fix it before then! Thanks so much!
