Need information about Influenza / SARS-CoV-2 panel result Reporting requirements

I am getting lots of questions around Influenza reporting and since there is not really a nice easy way to find current information (I know the SCRA has data from 2018) in one spot yet (keeping my fingers crossed, that RCKMS will help with that at some point or another) I had asked these on the Open CELR call last Thursday, but thought I should also be asking here:
#1 Are influenza results reportable in your state?
#1.a If yes, positive only
#1.b if yes, positive and negative
#1.c if yes - any different rules if part of a panel (like for SARS-CoV-2 and RSV)?
#2 What are the expectations for panel results that include testing for SARS-CoV-2?
#2.a report ONLY SARS-CoV-2 results
#2.b report results for ALL pathogens in the panel when positive
#2.c report results for ALL pathogens in the panel regardless of result (positive and negative)

#1.c if yes - any different rules if part of a panel (like for SARS-CoV-2 and RSV)? No rules, can be in the same OBR if a panel or same message if multi-OBR
#2 What are the expectations for panel results that include testing for SARS-CoV-2? Prefer two OBX segments with the COVID separated and any AOE segments under the COVID OBR/OBX pair as our system would duplicate the AOEs into all Flu/RSV results as well. Can be the same panel LOINC in both OBRs.
#2.a report ONLY SARS-CoV-2 results
#2.b report results for ALL pathogens in the panel when positive
#2.c report results for ALL pathogens in the panel regardless of result (positive and negative) YES

2. (a) – only SARS-Cov2 results.

All positive and negative SARS-CoV-2 test results reportable.
Positive results reportable for influenza and RSV. Do not want flu results if cannot report flu A or flu B as individual results (i.e., no reports that say positive for FluA/B with no distinction).
Panels that include influenza, SARS-CoV-2, and RSV results should report as above. Expect results from panels in separate OBX segments for each result. If additional results have to be sent, expect in separate OBX and we can sort out based on the LOINC in OBX-3.
We want positive flu A, flu B and positive and negative COVID.
Each result would come in a separate OBX segment.
Since it's a panel (per Mark Dittman) we would take negative flu results also.
e.g.
Positive COVID
Negative Flu A
Negative Flu B
or
Positive Flu A
Negative COVID
Negative Flu B
#2 What are the expectations for panel results that include testing for SARS-CoV-2?
We need a distinct OBX specifically for the SARS-CoV-2 component of the panel that would report positives and negatives for SARS-CoV-2.
We do NOT want an OBX that expresses an overall conclusion of the entire panel – e.g. a single OBX with a LOINC representing the panel with result that is only “Positive for influenza A” may imply that it was negative for SARS-CoV-2 but we would be unable to process that as a negative for SARS-CoV-2.
#2.a report ONLY SARS-CoV-2 results YES (but we can accept messages that also include influenza results even though they are not reportable, subject to the restriction described in the response to #2 above)
#2.b report results for ALL pathogens in the panel when positive NOT NECESSARY BUT WE WOULD ACCEPT.
#2.c report results for ALL pathogens in the panel regardless of result (positive and negative) NOT NECESSARY BUT WE WOULD ACCEPT
