Professional Laboratory Services

Hi ELR colleagues! Professional Laboratory Services (PLS) took over Corrections testing in TN from Garcia last year. We have been working to onboard them to ELR since then. They have been engaged with us and making progress but we recently hit a wall where they may not be able to send Micro results through ELR as updating their systems to allow organisms and susceptibility would require some expensive work that would need to be approved by their corporate board. Have others successfully onboarded this lab for ELR? Are other states currently working with them and receiving the same feedback? If there are others that have PLS as a priority partner I was hoping we could get a group call together and approach the lab together to provide more support to them and their decision makers about the importance of full ELR implementation.
