Quest/AIMS conversion for non-QLS sites

Has anyone converted a Quest lab to HL7 2.5.1 that was not already a QLS site?  NYS is about to work with the Teterboro, NJ site which is not currently on QLS and I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

Hi David, we haven't but did you see the email from Tom Brinks of the Quest QLS project about the change in CLIA IDs? In that message he said that Quest Horsham was being replaced by Teterboro later in October.

It appears that Virginia has not received communication on this. Are you able to share Tom Brinks email with Virginia? The majority of results for Virginia come from Quest Horsham. If Quest Teterboro will be taking over we would like to assess the impact, if any.
