Rite Aid serology testing

Hi all, Our agency Commissioner just waived the requirement for provider pre-approval of testing. So now pharmacies are really jumping in. I found out yesterday that Rite Aid is standing up serology collection at 2 locations in CT. Testing to be done by Bioreference lab (I mentioned in that thread we have a call with them at 1 PM ET today).

has anyone else heard about testing from Rite Aid?

We have received testing from Rite Aid from BioReference. We had to work with BioReference a bit because they were sending us “invalid” tests….specimens that were never tested because they didn’t meet testing criteria for some reason. There were quite a few so I think Rite Aid was going to be doing some retraining on specimen collection. Otherwise our messages from them have been fine.

Delaware is also receiving Rite Aid serology collections and they are reporting through BioReference. Reporting has been great and already setup on our end for a change!

Our call went well, so I'm looking that we will get this set up early next week.
