Seafaring vessels reporting

Hi all, is anyone else currently coordinating receiving results from seafaring vessels such as floating fish catcher-processors or cruise ships? They have questions regarding our legal authority to require results depending on if testing was performed while in international vs AK waters. Also, it's very logistically challenging given their remote and transient nature, but they often seem to have corporate offices that will probably be more responsive if they have similar asks from other jurisdictions as well. I'm currently telling them that if they're porting in AK, we need results due to our state traveler/ arrival testing requirements. Most passengers would not be AK residents.
