🛠 Secure ELR transport options - topic for Aug ELR call?

Hi, we will probably be still going through a lot of HHS requirements on the August call, but I just wanted to ask if we could get some of the experts on the call about PHINMS, S3, AIMS options etc.

Transport issues have become another key item for covid reporting and I'm guessing folks have issues/concerns.
