Solaris and missing specimen dates

Hi all, is anyone else getting submissions from Solaris labs?  We are having a lot of issues with missing specimen collection dates in their messages and wondering if other jurisdictions are experiencing the same.  If others have this same issue, we would be interested in working together to resolve with Solaris.

About 7% of their results are missing collection date for Colorado. Is that about what you are seeing?

MD receives CSVs from them and we have had issues with incomplete or missing data consistently.

We noticed the issue with specimen collection date during HL7 onboarding but they were able to resolve it. They had a lot of issues during onboarding with missing patient demographics but this has improved a lot after we had a conversation with them about requesting this info from their clients. They still struggle to provide complete ordering facility and provider info.
