SonicHealth method mixup

Hi all,
we just found out by accident (thanks to a question from a LHD doing a contact interview) that SonicHealth had incorrectly sent Serology results under a PCR LOINC 94500-6. We have a list of 156 to correct dating back to August. We have to correct these by hand, because old results can't be overwritten. 

Just giving everyone a heads up in case you may have the same issue.

That's unfortunate. I've just checked with our team, and if we could get them sent in as HL7 with OBX 11 as a 'C' for corrected result, we would take it. Hope you have that option.

Ann - we get this particular set of results from Sonic via csv for this provider location, so I'm hoping they send me a list. 

Michelle -- I believe they will if it is by HL7. I don't know how many states are affected by this.

Any idea how we would find out if we have any errors?  Should we assume they are sending HL7 with a corrected status or will they send every state a list?
