Stage 3 Promoting Interoperability

Hi all,
it just may be me that is behind the times, but the CT Dept Social Services (the state Medicaid agency), has told me that ELR is not even on the list for public health reporting for Promoting Interoperability. See below.

So there goes our carrot?

I think that is because that is the list for EP = Eligible Provider (they probably don't have a lab). ELR applies to EH still I am pretty sure, but I don't have the legislation in front of me right now,

ELR always has only applied to EH or CAH. I was just surprised to not see it. I'll ask the person at DSS if that is the EH list.

Thanks!
