Survey on COVID Lab Reporting Regulation Changes - Please Respond by EOD 5/25

Hi all,

As mentioned on the 5/12 ELR Open Call, we are interested in learning how/if jurisdictions are revising their own state reporting requirements for COVID lab results following the revision to the national guidance (effective 4/4).

Please take 5-10 minutes to complete this brief survey on your jurisdiction's reporting regulation changes by EOD Wednesday 5/25. The survey will also provide an opportunity for jurisdictions to share how they are communicating these changes to labs and providers.
