USDS sending results with Collection DTTM after result DTTM

WA state has an ongoing issue with USDS sending results with a collection DTTM after result DTTM.  It may be an issue with time zones, however they have not yet fixed the issue, which we started seeing in November 2021.  
Have any other jurisdictions run into this issue with USDS?

Oh yes, they are well aware. We are just concerned it's taking so long to get this sort of issue resolved.

KS hasn't with them, but we certainly have had with lots of other facilities. We have put code in Rhapsody to fix these types of issues...time zones, their LIS, whatever. Have saved us a lot of heartache so far but continues to be an on-going issue.
