Using Rhapsody for web service call-out

Hi there,

Has anyone used Rhapsody do  a call-out to a web service (e.g. Melissa) for geocoding? Any help/guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kate. Yes, we were able to successfully call out to a geocoding webservice so that we geocode every incoming ELR. It's been immensely helpful in a number of ways. I don't know much about the technical aspects in Rhapsody, but I can connect you with my interface person, who did all of that hard stuff.
