Z segments from CVS

Hello all,

WA is working to onboard CVS, and we are having an issue with them submitting Z segments. We don't allow Z segments and have successfully had submitters strip them out on their end if they use them. CVS is in our structural validation and we've asked CVS to stop sending them,  and in turn they've asked us to strip them out. We are not going to try to do that with their messages. Has any other state had an issue with receiving Z segments from CVS. If so, what was your solution?

PA gets a CSV file from CVS, no pun necessary. CVS complies all locations into the one file and submits it under a corporate account to our ELR service. We do get a Z segment from one lab out there but we ignore it in Rhapsody.
