- The workgroup now has a Basecamp to house related documents (e.g., versions of the CSTE Shelter Surveillance Guidance Document, section documents, outlines, call notes)
- You should have received an email today inviting you to join – if you did not, let Hayleigh know or click the link above
DISCUSSION
- Strategized plans for finishing the document
- Came to decision to break the document into sections and have individuals volunteer to review/clean-up/address comments
- Each section has its own Word document now – those can be found on the Basecamp by following “Docs & Files” > “Document Drafts” > “Document by Section”
- Believe each document should have 2-3 editors/reviewers for better technical support
- Hayleigh is going to send out a request for more editors/workgroup members on the CSTE Disaster Epidemiology Subcommittee listserv
- Next call in 1-2 months
