another risk factor for air in the chest where it doesn't belong is motorcycle riding w/o face/windshield at high speeds. this may be a common behavior of the vaping population, i.e. young men with dis-inhibited lifestyles.

Also, "Spontaneous pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum, and pneumopericardium in a 16-year-old drug-abusing motorcyclist surrounded by a pack of coyotes" is probably the MOST incredible title for a case report I have ever read.
