Project updates: Please review case report form by COB 1/27

Project updates: 

· An updated version of the data collection tool has been uploaded to Basecamp (updated to include more “unknown” fields). Please review and provide final edits by COB Monday 1/27. 
· We aim to have the final version of the data collection tool uploaded to Basecamp next week. Those with clearance/approval from their respective states can begin data collection at that time. 
· After discussion with CDC leadership, it was decided that the best way to move forward with this project was at the direction of the states. As a state-lead project, we will need to develop a data sharing plan. If any members of this group have experience or insight into this process and are willing to share ideas on how to move towards data aggregation most efficiently, please comment.
