Learn from public health leaders from Michigan, Minnesota, and Utah
Identified as the key challenge of CDC’s Data Modernization Initiative, data silos make it difficult for public health officials to serve their communities effectively. For example, the duplication and unavailability of data between systems such as disease surveillance, vital records, and immunization hamper state and local public health officials’ efforts to manage disease outbreaks.
Please join Altarum for a one-hour webinar with state officials from Utah, Minnesota, and Michigan will share their approaches to tackling the issue of data silos—what has worked, what challenges remain, and what plans are in place to securely connect data across the public health spectrum. Time is reserved for the audience to connect with panelists and ask questions about their own modernization plans.
