💡 Change Management

You are all managing multiple projects, and change management is a large part of managing those projects. Obstacles such as data siloes and not having access to data can lengthen project time, and even completely derail some projects. Being an advocate for change and pushing your agency for specific needs to be met can be hard. The Public Health Informatics Institute has some great resources on change management.
