Focus Group Sign-up by May 13th

Dear DSTT participants,

We are excited to invite you to give feedback about your experiences with the DSTT thus far. As you may know, the CSTE has contracted with two external evaluators (David Napp and Jane Conklin). They will be conducting virtual focus groups with DSTT teams in early to mid-June. Per the expectations of the DSTT, all teams are required to participate. Each team will be asked to choose a representative to participate in one 90-minute focus group. Please see our email earlier today with additional details and a Doodle poll to sign up. Contact Kacy if you did not receive the email.

To facilitate scheduling, we ask that teams sign up no later than Friday, May 13.

CLARIFICATION

We would like to clarify that teams should choose one team member to participate in one 90-minute focus group. When that team member signs up on the Doodle poll, they should put the site name first with the representative's name in parentheses: Acme Health Department (Jay Snow). See original email for more details.

If you have already signed up as an individual, please follow the original Doodle link in your email to correct or delete your sign up.

Hi Amanda,
We've learned that Doodle recently changed their functionality and no longer allows either Doodle poll participants or event organizers to change names once entered.

Will you be serving as the focus group representative for North Dakota? If so, I'll let the evaluators know. Once groups are scheduled, the date confirmation and Zoom link will be sent to your email. If you are not your team's representative, I will let the evaluators know that as well. They will disregard your response to the poll and be on the lookout for a response from whomever your team chooses to represent them in the focus group.
