Reimbursements
Good morning all!
If you have a reimbursement that you need to send, please send it to me by Friday at lunch so that I can process and get it to our accounting department. With the holidays, 12/15 is our last check run for this year, so anything sent in after Friday would not be processed until January.

Just to make sure, we can still use our 10K stipend after this Friday? I have been in contact with a person who is going to provide training on GIS mapping and disease work, create a recorded training webinar and hold some virtual sessions. Also it sounds like we could use the money for paying for technical services?
Just wanted to make sure, I have received approval on our end to pay an invoice directly then request reimbursement.

Yes, you can still turn in reimbursements after Friday, it’s just the last time we will run checks before the end of the year.
Anything sent after Friday wouldn’t receive a check until after Jan 5.
For technical services, email me a description and I can let you know for sure depending on exactly what it is.
