Below is the wording I shared in our meeting last week to be considered for the DEI Vision:
"The DEI Committee's vision is to create an environment of inclusion in the workplace where biases are unveiled, discussed and neutralized; where mindsets are shifted through productive and honest dialogue; and the culture of CSTE is transformed into one of unity and respect among all who work within."
