Google Trends shows the relative frequency of Google web searches for up to 5 terms in any country (or worldwide) across any time frame from 2004 to present, in both graphical and csv formats. US subsets are available by state, metropolitan region, and city.
As expected, searches for carbon monoxide and some CO symptoms are highest in winter and lowest in summer. Ten years ago, the winter peak of searches for CO was about 3x the summer nadir, but summer searches have increased steadily so that the difference in 2017 was < 2x.
