Update from FNY Team - Phone App

You may have noticed (or been notified of) errors in reporting through the FNY phone app.  HeathMap has recommended encouraging users to report via the website, instead of the phone application.  The team is currently experiencing technical difficulties as the former development team launched a new front-end and are working on fixing all of the glitches before transitioning it fully to HealthMap.
