Evaluation Tools

Good morning - To aid in preparation for a session at the in-person workshop around project evaluation, we would appreciate any examples of post-instructional type tools, surveys, etc that have been used to evaluate activities/outreach associated with the Youth in Agriculture projects in your jurisdictions.  Anything you can share would be helpful!
