Lenee   - This is the set-up diagram we used for the Youth in AG Grantee meeting this week in the Mary Gay conference room of the Decatur Courtyard Conference Center.  We sat 24 at the u-shaped table and had observers at the rounds.  It worked well, and could be a good layout to consider if we go with them. The room would be plenty large enough for the group we are expecting for the surveillance review.  I included pictures as well for you to see for yourself.
