Lice Manual Draft 3/10

Hello everyone! I posted the most current version of the Lice Manual draft under the "Documents and Files" tab. The draft is halfway done and still needs visual aids added, but Dr. Moncayo and I would appreciate any edits or feedback you could give on our version so far. Thank you!
