I hope you all are doing well. I apologize for the delay on the latest update, I started a new position these past couple of months and have been very busy with grad school applications. For the Lice Manual, I added a new glossary section to this draft (per David's request) and also added in Dr. Clark's suggestions on the Diagnosis and Treatment sections, so please review when you have a chance.
