A one-pager quick reference for schools with a sudden need for a reminder as well as a one-pager fact sheet to for parents could be helpful.

I think this looks good. I think you could possibly  include 10,12,13,14 as sub-categories in the treatment section. Also moving the quick reference guide as part of the treatment section.

I think Amanda's idea is good - moving those subcategories under the treatment section.  Skip the body and pubic lice (?).
