The audience for this Basecamp is CSTE members working at STLT health departments participating in monkeypox response activities. Appropriate resources to upload include health department-created guidance documents, resources, or other useful tools that may be helpful to other jurisdictions during their response. Forums may be used to pose questions for discussion among STLT jurisdictions. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Prior to using this Basecamp, please ensure you review the **INSTRUCTIONS FOR BASECAMP USAGE** folder, which contains "Basecamp Repository Instructions and Rules" and "How to Change Basecamp Notification Settings." Hi, During last weeks MPX update call, it was mentioned that individuals requesting SQ vaccine for their 2nd dose was allowable. Our immunization team partners are wondering if that is in writing anywhere? Thank you

We followed up with CDC, and were given the following response: “The regimens are interchangeable if needed. Here, we mention that if someone gets SQ first, they can get ID second (JYNNEOS Vaccine | Monkeypox | Poxvirus | CDC). We don’t have an example of someone going from ID to SQ, and this is not in writing on our website, but there is no contraindication to this.”
