🚨 3/24 Meeting Follow up

Thanks to everyone who was able to join the call on Tuesday 3/24. Based on the feedback we received during the call, please see some notes below:
  1. eSHARE Calls:
    • Continue monthly eSHARE calls, but could shorten duration to 30 minutes.
    • Useful forum to communicate/ connect/ share information, receive information, updates & resources related to COVID-19.  
  2. Ongoing COVID-19 response & current ability of jurisdictions to work on MMG implementation 
    • States continue to work on MMG implementation activities, but could be slower than usual due to COVID-19 response burden.
    • CDC plans to provide support for states continuing MMG implementation/ onboarding activities.
  3. NMI Evaluation Workgroup:
    • Put workgroup meetings on hold for a few months during COVID-19 response period.
      • Workgroup meeting on April 28 & May 26 will be cancelled
    • Weekly posts on Basecamp about lessons learned, working through resolving issues, ongoing activities related to COVID-19.
    • Basecamp discussion posts about other MMG implementation, onboarding, TA will be ongoing as usual.
  4. Other issues discussed:
    • CDC PHLIP interface- validation issues for lab data sent through MVPS, there should be some flexibility in requirements for lab data elements transmitted for COVID-19.
