Workgroup Call 5/13 Follow-up

Thanks to everyone for a productive work group call!  I have listed below the categories and those who volunteered to help within each audience/area of communication.  Based on our conversation, it sounds like next steps will be to review the documents uploaded here (Basecamp) around each particular focus area, and work with others within that category to develop a draft template.
