Workgroup Call 6/6 Follow-up

Thanks to all who participated in yesterday's workgroup call, and for all of your hard work in template development so far - everything looks really great! 

A few follow-up items from yesterday's workgroup call:

  • The 'Draft Templates' folder in the Documents section of Basecamp has been organized by topic.  Please continue to upload any draft templates to be reviewed by others.
  • To review/comment/revise any draft document, (1) download the current file to your computer.  (2) Make all changes in track changes and save to your computer.  Return to the original file in Basecamp, and (3) click to Replace with a new version.  When you upload a new version the newest version will appear at the top with a large icon and the previous versions will be listed below with small icons.  If you upload a new version with the exact same name Basecamp will append the actual file name with an extra character so you don’t overwrite the original file. [A folder entitled "Example Revision Hx" contains a test document to demonstrate this revision history feature of Basecamp.]  I would advise leaving a 'comment' when you have download the document to further help with version-control.
